Refund Policy

At Home of Luxury Bags, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, dust bags, and authenticity cards (if provided).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or clearance reasons (these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase).


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or store credit.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Customized or personalized products.


3. Refund Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@homeofluxurybags.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. Once approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@homeofluxurybags.com with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
